Merry worked tirelessly by doing everything in her power to complete the sale of our home. Even though overall this was a terrible selling experience Merry was wonderful at keeping us in the loop from start to finish. It is hard to find a realtor that makes you feel like they care about you during this stressful process. However the buyers agent who also works for your company was absolutely horrible to do business with and would not recommend anyone to do business with the agent, Jan Wright. Ever!
Merry was amazing, she answered all my phone calls and texts, no matter when it was.
A few times during the process I got a little let's say anxious and Merry was so good about calming me down. I would recommend her highly to anyone who is thinking about buying or selling. Merry has been our family friend since high school so I know her very well, she is just a great person and wonderful to work with.
Merry was the best from beginning (when we were just thinking about selling our house) to the very end.
We ended up moving out of state and had renters in our house who had done some damage. Merry went above and beyond just selling our house. She was able to find/organize contractors needed to fix the damage from the renters and also put in her own time, to get it looking the way we had left it. In the midst of a lot of personal family issues, it was such a relief knowing that we had someone we could trust and rely on to take care of our house and to help us get it sold. We can never thank Merry enough for everything she did and all of her hard work and support will never be forgotten.

When she first sent us the property we now own I told her I wasn't interested in seeing it at all. She went an previewed the house, took pictures and was adamant that we needed to come see it. I reluctantly agreed and went to see the house. I was perfect, it needed some work which is something we were looking for but other than that it was perfect. She found us the house that we will be living if for a long long time and SHE is the one that found it for us. She's a great realtor and really good at her trade. If you are looking for a realtor, Merry should be your first phone call.
Merry was very energetic.
We felt she was working for us 24/7. When our initial buyer backed out 17 days into escrow, she went and found a better buyer for a better price. We felt safe due to her honesty and care. When we , through a couple months of searching, changed our requirements several times, she just rolled with it and found us the new location we are in now. Her guidance and suggestions throughout the process were more than helpful. Her genuine care for her clients comes through as true and real. We highly recommend this lady as someone to deal with. She also was on top of Lender and Escrow persons involved and always made sure they got back to us .
